Believe Anything Is Possible

Once we become aware of our Limiting Beliefs, then we have the ability to change them.

YOUR BELIEF SYSTEM

From the moment we are born we are predisposed to conditioning that has moulded us into the way we view the world today. Our belief system affects the way we see the world and the way we live our life. We generally tend to accept these conditionings as ‘the norm’ and it is not until we want to upgrade our life, we realise we have limiting beliefs and programming that is holding us back. 

For example, if you are trying to launch a new business and it just doesn’t happen the reasons coming up are your limiting beliefs. The money is never the issue. It is a smokescreen to the real reason. You need to call your own bullshit on that. Or it may be fear of being seen/ doing a Facebook Live. Get out of your own way. You have something to tell people, get over yourself. Don’t be selfish and keep it to yourself. 

Ask yourself do I still want it? Am I prepared to do what it takes to get it? And then do this work on your Limiting Beliefs.

Transforming Thoughts and Changing Limiting Beliefs

We create our reality through our thoughts and feelings, and once we become aware of these Limiting Beliefs, we then have the ability to change them. It is possible that you can take Limiting Beliefs that you have and change them instantly.

For example, ‘I always attract bad relationships’ can be changed to ‘I attract kind, loving and loyal relationships’ Another example of this would be ‘no matter how hard I try I always reach a certain point, and everything goes wrong’, which could become ‘all my hard work pays off and everything I do leads to success’. Or “I am an awful mum to my Teen” could instead be “I am the best mum I can be and am committed to working on our relationship

Every Thought Can Be Transformed. 

You can create your own belief patterns, your own rules and your own laws. You can empower yourself and believe that anything is possible.

MAINTAIN A POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE. 

This is probably the most important piece of advice and being happy in your heart in the now is the mindset that will attract your desires. 

Question Not “Why is this Happening to Me?” – poor me BUT “Why is this Happening for Me?” – what can I learn?

This was an absolute game-changer for me. My great big light bulb moment was answering this question alongside “if this broken relationship was a blessing what would it be telling you?” A big clue was as my troubled teenage daughter screamed “Just Be Kind Mummy” in the middle of yet another face-off.

The answer for me is to be much kinder and more supportive which I see as “Heartful”. To move away from problem-solving and controlling towards nurturing and listening. To get out of my masculine get shit done ego-driven head energy and into my nurturing. loving heart energy.

Some Helps to Challenge Limiting Beliefs.

Drop and give me 3!

The first help is from the brilliant Karen Drucker who says if you are thinking anything negative about yourself ask “What would my heart say?” – it always comes back to the heart centre. Then drop and give me 3! – 3 positive things that you know to be true about yourself.

Take that thought to court

So, you rush in and drop red wine on the carpet. You berate yourself. I am such a clumsy fool. Where is the evidence if you “take that thought to court”?

Isn’t it fairer to say that you don’t normally drop drinks? The verdict is that we all slip up, especially when we are stressed, and the simple learning is to give ourselves more time in future.

 ‘Wouldn’t it be nice if…’ game 

This great game really helps you to get into positive feelings. You can play anytime and helps to train out your old negative chemical reactions. The first step is to relax and clear your mind with Heartful Breathing.

💗 Stop 💚 Heart Connect 💖 Re-Energise

When you get to your normal “Manifesting Minute” let your mind run on and run riot….and then write it all down……. Including, wouldn’t it be nice if I had a smooth and positive relationship with my Tricky Person. Listing what you want to manifest even in your wildest dreams. Say out loud your craziest wishes and have fun.

Then finish with – wouldn’t it be nice if I trusted the universe that it is unfolding the way it is meant to. The last step is to let it go, carry on with your day, distract yourself and let the universe do her job, in her time.
