One of the most important elements of being a Heartful You is raising your energetic vibration to help you live a life that lights you right up. When we are out of alignment vibrationally we are less likely to be able to cope with life’s challenges let alone have the energy to manifest our dreams.
I recommend a Vibrational Reset which has two elements – a Gratitude Practice and a Negativity Detox (more of that another day!)
Firstly, a Daily Gratitude Practice
The power tool of gratitude is really transformative and lifts your vibration. A grateful heart only gives more to be grateful for and the emotional signature of gratitude triggers the brain chemistry to activate balance.
Buddha “It is not happy people who are thankful, it is thankful people who are happy”
I would be great if every day you could write down 3 things that you are grateful for AND the reason WHY.
The writing down solidifies your thinking, gives your gratitude stronger energy and allows you to read them back at any time.
Oprah says that “Gratitudes” are our strongest spiritual practice which she has used for years (and she is certainly a great manifestor!) She has just replaced the word “Gratitudes” with “Delights” which is lovely
I suggest that you write your “Delights” on a separate sheet, cut them up, and put them folded into a “Delights Jar” Anytime you need a lift dive into the jar and re-read them for some feel goods.
The “WHY” allows you to go much deeper into the feeling and becomes the attractor/ the magnifier/ the magnet. For example.
I am so grateful for being The Heartfulness Coach because I get to connect with and help great people and that gives me a real buzz.
I am grateful for my “Cornwall Crew” – a group of families who visit our Soul Space beach every year and have each other’s backs for all the rest of the year-round.
I am grateful for my newfound positive and loving relationship with my daughter because it energises us both and brings joy where there was sorrow.
Do your best to incorporate different things every day to get the most out of the process and be as imaginative as you can. But most importantly, have FUN.
As well as improving mood, recent studies show that feeling and expressing gratitude also leads to better physical health and slows down the aging process as it activates the feel-good hormones in our body.
So, develop a Daily Gratitude Practice knowing that an “Attitude of Gratitude” is one of the most impactful habits for a fulfilling, healthy, and positive life.
