We all know how much better we feel when we eat clean and drink pure, you may have tried Green Juice as part of that. You may have gone full Detox, no caffeine or sugar or additives, but have you ever tried a Negativity Detox?
This is a commitment to quitting criticising, complaining, and gossiping, a “Negativity Detox” if you like. Or at least if you catch yourself complaining or moaning or criticising, even in your head, then pull yourself up.
The energy that most of us waste on these activities can really darken our hearts and drag down our vibration, as can the Green-Eyed Monster of jealousy.

Criticise – we give ourselves something more to be critical about
This is the part of a Vibrational Re-Set that my clients sometimes find less easy but please give it a go every day for a minimum of the 21 days it takes to form a new habit (and beyond!) and reflect on how you get on.
